For Cash on Delivery orders, our courier collects payment at your door; we do not store card details for these orders. Where card or wallet payments are offered, they are handled by our secure payment partners — Khimar does not see or store your full card number.

To deliver your order we share your name, address and phone number with our courier partners. We share information with service providers (such as SMS, email and payment providers) only as needed to run the store, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time.
