These terms govern your use of the Khimar website and any orders you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms.

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take care to describe and photograph our pieces accurately, though slight variation in colour may occur between screens and the finished garment.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors and to update products and availability without prior notice. Orders affected by a genuine error may be cancelled and fully refunded.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed once we accept and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock — and will refund any payment already made.

We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, alongside secure card and wallet payments where offered at checkout.

Delivery timeframes and charges are set out on our Shipping Information page. Returns and exchanges are covered by our 7-day Returns policy — please refer to those pages, which form part of these terms.

All content on this site — including our name, logo, product imagery, text and design — belongs to Khimar and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Khimar is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
